Partially IC thoughts; partially OOC utility.
A way to communicate IC intentions to Staff, or perhaps - a way to remind yourself.

i.e. set up a trigger on seeing that you've arrived on Orpheus Floor in the Panopticon, which you may promptly set as; You think, "That's level two. Entrance to the city."

Please please please. Not just for these purposes but simply for RP. I've been using 'hail' for this but it feels weird. Big points if there's also a version of it to emote thoughts.
