Symphony governs entertainment, fashion, news, gambling, vices, the Matrix, blood sports... basically everything the city sees, hears and believes. Their patron is Saint Lyra.
Symphony owns every feed, every fashion line, every celebrity. Their broadcast personalities, gladiators and idols could be called the only shared culture across the entirety of Deshret. Their executives are entities that live in the Matrix, modeling themselves after a pantheon from the old world.
They are divine entities who love watching from their cyberspace, interacting with the fleshbound citizens when they deem fit, sponsoring them as "divine patrons" and making extravagant public appearances everywhere: from a slum dive bar, to feasts held by Great Houses.
THE SYMPHONY PANTHEON
There are seven active 'gods' in the Symphony pantheon. Two more (Zeus, the former CEO, and Hades, finance/accounting) have disappeared, their status unknown. Each of the remaining seven have their own role in the guild, and associated animal imagery:
