With the recent announcement that wounds will be covered and untreatable by clothing, I would like to propose an "expose" command to temporarily shift clothing away without having to take it all off just for an arm booboo. I think this would be easier to implement than having to figure out what can be unzipped, what can have its sleeves rolled up, what pants can be unbuttoned, et cetera. You would simply:
expose left arm
