Courier App

It'd be a nice QoL add-on if there was an app for showing you what courier contracts are available at Kiki'S, and how many you can do. So you can check to see if you can run crates before leaving your pad or the bar you're hanging out at instead of going all the way there and finding out you can't run crates yet.

On top of this I think it'd be nice if the cooldown was reduced from 24 hours to every 20 hours, so we have a bit of leeway and avoid fighting that incurring drift from not running each crate consistently.

Or you can implement a fixed daily reset instead of a rolling timer. But I think reducing the cooldown a bit is a more elegant solution.

I would like for more systems to be online before we consider adding this.

Courier jobs are not intended to be a primary income source long-term so adding them to everyone's device kind of reinforces something that we don't want from a game design perspective.
